HRC provides advocacy, legal enforcement, and digital rights protection services. Our member platforms function as independent entities under the HRC umbrella. All content, branding, code (including Axon Ops management panels), and legal documentation on this site are the exclusive property of HRC and its affiliates.

• Trademarks and logos of member organizations are protected under international law.

4. User Conduct & Responsibilities

Users, clients, and legal representatives must provide accurate information. You are prohibited from:

• Using our infrastructure for fraudulent activities.
• Attempting to bypass security protocols or access unauthorized database segments.
• Interfering with the digital rights enforcement operations of other members.

5. Limitation of Liability

HRC and its developer "Axon" shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our systems. We provide our platforms on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the respective courts in these regions.
